Note: any video submissions should be in DivX 5.2.1 format, at a resolution of 420x288. This can be done by exporting your AVI file from your video editing program at this resolution, and then compressing it as below.

DivX 5.2.1 Codec, average bitrate: 600kbps

Audio -> Full processing mode

Audio -> Compression: "MPEG Layer-3" 128 kBit/s, 48,000Hz Stereo 16KB/s
